Because of the intimate number of rooms at The James Madison Inn, we accommodate for cancellations up to seven days in advance of the scheduled arrival date. This policy allows for us to best prepare for your stay and, in the event of a cancellation, it also allows for a more equitable opportunity for others to stay with us. If a reservation is canceled within seven days of the arrival date, the registered party is subject to be responsible for the room rate(s) of the arranged evening(s) which fall within seven days from the day of cancellation.
