The James Madison Inn • Conference Center cancellation policy.
Traditional Cancelation Policy:
Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 3:00pm registration on the reserved date of arrival, will be charged without notice.
Rooming Block and Special Event Cancelation Policies:
Any cancellation for a reservation made within a rooming block or during a special event period, must be made more than 30 days prior to the reserved arrival date to avoid penalty. Special event periods include, but are not limited to, Masters Week, Tour of Homes, University of Georgia home football game weekends, etc.
The rescheduling of any room night of the original booking within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee. Room rates are either based on double or triple occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated for $25 per person. There will be a $75.00 charge added to your bill for each non-returned room key. Additional amounts may also be charged if excessive cleaning or deodorizing is required to clean your room. We reserve the right to charge these additional amounts to the credit card we have on file.
Valid photo identification and credit card must be presented when registering at the time of check-in. No reservations will be accepted by anyone under the age of 21. Specific rooms are not guaranteed, however your room type, or better, is confirmed. Special requests, such as rollaway cots, early check-in, late check-outs are honored when available, and are not guaranteed.
The James Madison Inn, The Spa, and The James Madison Conference Center are non-smoking facilities. We do offer designated areas at each location for our smoking guests. For the safety of our guests, the front doors are locked from 10:00pm-7:30am. If you have plans to arrive after 10:00pm, please notify our Guest Services to make these arrangements. If a "Do Not Disturb" sign is left on your door throughout the day, your privacy is respected and refresh and turn down services will not be performed.
Personal pets are not allowed. Service animals which assist our guests are always allowed. Please communicate to our Guest Services if you will be bringing a service animal with you.
