The James Madison Inn and Conference Center  offers the perfect setting for any event.

James Madison Hall, our grand salon, offers 2,400 square feet of space with theater-style seating for up to 225 people, or 160 people seated at round tables. This room is open and spacious, featuring a raised stage and a variety of lighting options. The space can be set up to suit your type of gathering. We also offer first class catering services.

For a more intimate setting, The Daniel Morgan Room offers 1,000 square feet of space, seating up to 75 people theater-style or 48 guests at round tables. This space is perfect for a smaller business conference or private party.

Both conference spaces connect with double doors, and open onto a beautifully landscaped grass lawn amphitheater with a large, outdoor patio area overlooking the famed Round Bowl Spring Park and pond.

The James Madison Conference Center is open and available seven days a week.  We can arrange for a variety of audio/visual options to complement your presentations.  Allow our professional staff to assist you in coordinating a truly memorable event.

We were so pleased to hold our 3rd annual Madison Motown Madness Dance on February 10, 2007 at the James Madison Inn & Conference Center. The facilities were very accommodating. The staff was friendly and gracious. Everyone that attended our event commented on the wonderful décor and ambiance of the center. Madison is fortunate to have such a wonderful venue. We will definitely use the Conference Center again next year to hold our annual fundraiser. Thank you again for working with us to have such an incredible fundraiser for our foundation. This year was the most successful Motown Madness Dance and we owe it to you and your staff! We look forward to working with you next year!
